Your name, phone number and, if you give it, email address; your vehicle's make, model, year, VIN and plate; documents you upload (registration, insurance, roadworthy certificates) and photos taken for a repair job or for the in-app assistant.
Cross-border processing
Documents and photos you upload may be processed by services hosted outside Ghana, including for optical character recognition and for the AI assistant. We require those providers to protect your data to a standard at least as strong as this policy describes.
How we use it
To remind you before a document expires, to assemble a repair quote, to dispatch your job to a workshop, to process payment, and to improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
The workshop assigned to your job (vehicle and job details only), our payment processor (to collect and pay out money), and, if you ask us to, an insurer or broker for a quote or claim.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can revoke a glovebox link you shared at any time from the app.
